Hip Hop Symphonique MC Solaar, Arsenik, Bigflo & Oli et Les Sages Poètes de la Rue avec l'ONL et Issam Krimi
Radio France shares our passion and belief in bringing people, especially young people, together around music. For over a year, Mouv’ has cemented its focus on urban cultures. The pianist and producer Issam Krimi hosted the Mouv’ Live Show, the only music programme devoted to hip hop where artists play live with an orchestra of 10 soul jazz experts (The Ice Kream).
Issam Krimi is a keyboard player from Aubervilliers who has performed with the likes of Benoît Delbecq, Vincent Courtois, Stéphane Payen and Andy Emler. He’s worked with the who’s who of hip hop and soul with everyone from IAM, MC Solaar, Soprano, Youssoupha and Abd Al Malik to JP Manova, Disiz, Sly Johnson and Nneka. For the first Hip Hop Symphonique by Issam Krimi and Bruno Laforestrie, Radio France and Adami have bet on a never-before-seen dialogue between wordy scansion and the symphonic world. The concert brings almost 80 participants together on the Vienne stage: the national Lyon orchestra conducted by Dina Gilbert, The Ice Kream overseen by Issam Krimi and three figures from the French rap scene: MC Solaar, Ärsenik and Bigflo & Oli.
