Don't let the name of this Hungarian trio — pronounced like 'jazz boys' in English — fool you: Bencze Molnár (keyboards), Viktor Sági (bass guitar) and Tamás Czirják (drums) are no classic blend between the swing orchestra and the quartet. Jazzbois' music is a sweeping and atmospheric fusion betraying their passion both for Detroit's beatmakers and jazz in a broad sense, i.e., that of legendary 1950–60s releases and 1970s electric forays. The Jazzbois cross their pared-down, intimate formation with cosmic soundscapes and have perfected a joyous, immediately effective style that is both reverie-inducing and fully immersive.
