Photons

For a long time, jazz and electro musicians have gravitated towards each other, exchanged ideas and expressed their mutual admiration. For Photons’ four members and more and more bands of the new generation, the differentiation is not needed anymore: with two cultures they place on an equal footing, they assert their passion for house, ambient music and techno from the United-States as much as for European experimenters, acoustic jazz tradition in all its forms and contemporary music. Their repertoire is unique; only artists knowing so well both worlds could have imagined it:  Photons offers the whole range of electronic music without giving up the art of improvisation at the highest level.
