“Why play so many notes when you only need to play the most beautiful ones”. A global star and visionary genius, Miles Davis will remain one of the greatest musicians of all time. From the bebop of his early days with Charlie Parker to the creation of jazz-rock, via the invention of cool jazz, or modal jazz on one of the finest albums ever recorded, Kind of Blue, Miles, with his unique sound, constantly pushed the boundaries through his ceaseless self-questioning. Airelle Besson and Benjamin Moussay invite us to discover the journey of this unconventional musician who left an indelible mark on jazz.
