Jérémie Lucchese
Jérémie Lucchese
Through a series of poetic and vibrant scenes, tenor saxophonist Jérémie Lucchese’s band brings its landscapes and textures to life. Each piece evokes an imaginary scene, a journey from the intimate to the open air, offering an open-ended vision of a moment, a setting, or a character. The melodic fabric is colored by saxophone-guitar unisons whose unique light shines in contact with an impressionistic rhythm section. The music bubbles, transcends, and emerges from the magma of sensitivity that characterizes the interplay between performance and listening among each of its members through their interaction. Between moments of introspection and collective flights of fancy, they invite us to follow them into a world of great sensitivity.
